Community Savings and Loans

A Community Savings and Loans Scheme (CSLA) for

Sierra Leonean Entrepreneurs is a community-based

micro-entrepreneurs, small

scale traders, and farmers access capital without relying

on traditional banks.

In Sierra Leone, where access to formal financial services

is limited. CSLAs can empower women entrepreneurs,

especially women and youth, by providing a sustainable,

self-managed financial model
